CANCELATION POLICY

  • Should your cancellation be received 1 month or more prior to the event, you will receive a refund less $60.

  • Should your cancellation be received within 1 month of the event, you will be entitled to a refund less $60 if we can find someone to replace your spot. If we are unable find a replacement, no credit or refund will be given.
  • No refund or credit given for cancellations received during or after the event.
  • You are responsible for making sure your car is in good running shape. Therefore, no refund or credit will be given should your car break, malfunction, or otherwise be deemed unsuitable for the track.
